Life with the Wallaces

Thanksgiving 2012

Each year we always spend Thanksgiving with Chad’s side of the family and then Christmas Day is always spent with my side of the family. With our families being 3 hrs apart this has always worked out well and if something works well, why change it?!
Morgan always has such a great time because everyone loves up on her and has so much fun. Chad’s family lives in the country and Morgan just loves it. Getting to see chickens, play with dogs-yes a little part country girl we have on our hands!

We started out the Thanksgiving holidays very sick with strep throat + double ear infection + double pink eye. Yes, when I say we get things all knocked out in one time we sure made sure of it this time! We went to the doctor and she gave me the option of a shot or just put her on antiobiodics. Well since we were going out of town I chose the shot to get her back to goodness ASAP! Within 12 hrs, she was looking a little better and then within 24 hrs she was back to her full happy self. I don’t know what it is about my baby always getting sick right before the holidays, but she does.

On Friday, we got all the grandkids together and I took this picture of the 4 of them. We then put it on a canvas for Chad’s grandmother for Christmas. Yes, she opened it last night and words could not express how much she loved it! If you are looking for a GREAT place for cheap canvas prints let me know because since ordering this one we have gotten many more and each one of them is FABULOUS + great price!
