Spring Festival

Last Sunday our church had the annual Spring Festival. This is a time that we can sit around, hang out and just enjoy each others company. Last years festival was a little different because Morgan was still so little and she could only do so much. Of course this year our little daredevil {shes a bit adventurous lately} decided she wanted to try some new grounds and see if she could be just like the big kids.

We started out small to get her started, but still of course a little bigger than last years of course. At first she was a little scared at the thought of jumping but after she got started it was a little better. Then, lets add in a slide which all she kept doing for a while was peeking over it wondering how to get out of this thing. Then once she started-oh my! Fun, fun!

After sliding down the little slide we took a break and ran around the church grounds. Then, our little daredevil decided she wanted to go down the super big slide. She got up {almost getting trampled a few times} to the top and looked down at us. Mom, dad now how do I get down this thing?! Its a little scarier once you get up to the top I guess. So what does she do? She goes down backwards! My heart sunk just a little but she made it down and then wanted to go again and again. Mommy and daddy rode down with her at least one time {we have to enjoy it to, right?}.

After going down the slide over and over, we finally ended our trip to the Spring Festival. Our little daredevil made it out just fine and had a great time just being so adventurous. I must admit the slide was pretty fun.
