Fitness Friday-Week 8

This Week’s Loss/Gain: -.6 lbs
Total Weight Lost: -4.8 lbs
Weight to Go: –30.2 lbs

Food: Tracked everything in MyFitnessPal and had a decent week eating wise. Blackberries have become my new love for fruits they are just delicious! Im still working on staying within my calorie limits but its becoming a little easier.

Fitness: Some days are better than others but I did two days of fitness. One day I did a fitness video and I was sore for a few days afterwards and only did 10 minutes. Its work in progress but Ive realized this week I need a lot of work to get myself back up to good fitness and in shape.

This Week Goals: keep tracking, eat lots of fruits and veggies and get in different fitness!
