Well being into this for 6 weeks, its clearly obvious my goals are not aligning correctly. Im not sure what it is about losing weight, changing your habits that is sooo hard to do. Its like once I get on a roll Im good, but until then it just doesnt happen. Im still working to find that balance and figure out how to lose weight and obviously what Im doing isnt working.

Weight to Go: –33.9 lbs
This Week Goals: figure out how to stay within calorie limits, get fruits and veggies in and just have a loss 🙂
