This Week’s Loss/Gain: -1.0 lbs
Total Weight Lost: -12.4 lbs
Weight to Go: –27.4 lbs

Food: Since Ive been sick since Wednesday its been no surprise that I have a loss. I have eaten but very little because I have had no appetite at all.

Fitness: 1 night of walking

Last Week’s Goals
-eat one fruit or veggie every day-DONE
-get in one night of exercise other than walking-FAIL
-eat out only 3X this week (this includes breakfast, lunch and dinner)-FAIL-close but just didnt make it

This Week’s Goals: keeping goals until I can get them.

Not sure exactly what I have but it feels just like the flu-hoping I can get over the crud to have some more energy to get things accomplished.
