Bye-Bye Baby Weight {week 11} + Recipe

This Week’s Loss/Gain: -1.0 lbs
Total Weight Lost: -9.6 lbs
Weight to Go: –30.2 lbs

Food: Food has been ok this week. I think desserts are getting easier and easier to resist. Its even easier when you dont have them around the house. Another good of this week was to eat out less.

Fitness: 1 night of walking. Not a great fitness week.

Last Week’s Goals
-eat one fruit or veggie every day-FAIL-still need work in this area
-get in one night of exercise other than walking-FAIL-AF was in town and fitness just wasnt sounding real great.
-eat out only 3X this week (this includes breakfast, lunch and dinner)-FAIL
Even though I didnt meet a single goal I had said I would, I think its making me much more aware of things.

This Week’s Goals: keeping goals until I can get them.

-get in one night of exercise other than walking

Easy Recipe that I just threw together last night-delicious!

Chili Corn
1 can corn
1 tbsp. butter
1/3 tsp chili powder
Cook for about 10-15 minutes. Absolutely delicious and so easy! Even Morgan ate it and she hates veggies.
