Fitness: 2 nights of walking. I still struggle with this a lot due to time. If anyone has any tidbits on how to squeeze in fitness when having a child, husband and having to work please share.

-cut drinking sweet tea down to 2X week-DONE
-eat one fruit or veggie every day-FAIL
-get in two days of exercise-DONE
-cut dessert down to 3X week-DONE-not even sure I got to 2X honestly??

-get in one night of exercise other than walking
-eat out only 3X this week (this includes breakfast, lunch and dinner)
