Bye-Bye Baby weight {week 10}

This Week’s Loss/Gain: –.8 lbs
Total Weight Lost: -8.6 lbs
Weight to Go: –31.2 lbs

Food: Food has been much better this week then last week but it still needs some fine tuning. Food is so addicting and if I can also remember to eat in as opposed to eating out that would also be a big step in the right direction

Fitness: 2 nights of walking. I still struggle with this a lot due to time. If anyone has any tidbits on how to squeeze in fitness when having a child, husband and having to work please share.

Last Week’s Goals
-cut drinking sweet tea down to 2X week-DONE
-eat one fruit or veggie every day-FAIL
-get in two days of exercise-DONE
-cut dessert down to 3X week-DONE-not even sure I got to 2X honestly??

This Week’s Goals:
-eat one fruit or veggie every day
-get in one night of exercise other than walking
-eat out only 3X this week (this includes breakfast, lunch and dinner)
