Bye-Bye Baby Weight {week 8}

Well since the old Bye-Bye Baby Weight is no longer to exist me and Dana decided that we would host a blog linky for anyone who wants to participate that is doing weight loss. Add your blog to the linky party and link back. Only rules are it must be something with weight loss. Ill post it each Friday here.

This Week’s Loss/Gain:
-.6 lbs
Total Weight Lost: -9.6 lbs
Weight to Go: –30.2 lbs

Not a horrible week but not a grand week

not a bad week for food

Fitness: 3 nights of walking and I actually did some crunches (its been a long time since Ive done those)

Last Week’s Goals
-cut drinking sweet tea down to 2X week-DONE! I actually only had one pretty proud 🙂
-eat one fruit or veggie every day-FAIL-I almost did this one but missed a few days
-get in two days of exercise-DONE-got in 3
-cut dessert down to 3X week-FAIL-it was a bad dessert week maybe next week

This Week’s Goals: keeping the same goals because I really need to work on these.
