Bye Bye Baby Weight {week 6}


This Week’s Loss/Gain: + .6 lbs
Total Weight Lost: -8.0 lbs
Weight to Go: –31.8 lbs

Food: Food was not really great this week. We had a get together with some friends last night for the game and I ate entirely too much. The rest of the week was so-so on eating.

Fitness: None. Yeah not a great week

Last Week’s Goals-yeah bad week…
-cut drinking sweet tea down to 2X week-FAIL
-eat one fruit or veggie every day-FAIL -almost made it but just didn’t quite make it
-get in one day of exercise -FAIL

This Week’s Goals: (3 goals each week)-I’m going to keep all the same goals until I can seem to get them
-cut drinking sweet tea down to 2X week (keeping this one here-really need to work at this one harder)
-eat one fruit or veggie every day
-get in one day of exercise (even if its walking with Morgan)

With this week starting off with 4 days of little to no sleep, its hard to do well. I know I can make all the excuses but I need to just get my butt in gear and do it! Maybe I will have a loss next week. Morgan is getting back to normal on her sleeping so maybe I will actually even eat in each night this week.

  2. Good luck with your weight loss! It is soooo hard to get rid of the little daily habits. I have a very bad popcorn and diet coke addiction….as in like every single night! Yikes! 2x a week for a treat like that (like with your sweet tea) seems managable and realistic. I think I will give that a go!
