Bye Bye Baby Weight {week 5}

This Week’s Loss/Gain: + .4 lbs
Total Weight Lost: -8.6 lbs
Weight to Go: –31.2 lbs

Food: I must admit that this week I didnt have a great week of eating. We ate out way too much and well my choices just were not great. Hopefully this week Ill do better.

Fitness: None. Yeah not a great week

Last Week’s Goals-yeah bad week…
-cut drinking sweet tea down to 2X week-FAIL
-eat one fruit or veggie every day-FAIL -almost made it but just didn’t quite make it
-get in one day of exercise -FAIL

This Week’s Goals: (3 goals each week)-I’m going to keep all the same goals this week these are things I really struggle with more so than anything.
-cut drinking sweet tea down to 2X week (keeping this one here-really need to work at this one harder)
-eat one fruit or veggie every day
-get in one day of exercise (even if its walking with Morgan)

Of course all this weight loss and wow this post from Working on a Project really hit hard home with me because of Morgan. Its something I struggle with how to do. Not revolve around the scale.
