Life with the Wallaces

Gulf Shores {Day 4-July 30}

Day 4 started out with Morgan sleeping until almost 9 am. I got up after getting 9 hrs of sleep and felt wonderful. Getting sleep is a must in our household.

Last day of the beach view. It was so nice waking up each morning and going outside to see the beach.

Everyone except me went down to the beach and had fun. Someone had to pack up the stuff and I thought it would be better and more beneficial for me to do that part and let them have the fun. She came back (in her PJ’s of course) with a smile on her face and sand in her clothes. My mom put her little feet in the sand while Chad and my brother, Austin, went and rode out the waves.

While we got ready my mom gave Morgan a bath in the sink since we only had one tub. Its been a long time since she has had a bath in the sink. She was a bit unsure of it and was wondering what in the world my mom was doing to her but she seemed to like it after a little while.

We went to check out of our condo and then headed over to Lulu’s. We had tried to go here Thursday night but we actually got turned away (as well as many others). We got there early and still had to wait 30 minutes. I thought it was well worth the wait-delicious!

After that Morgan was pretty exhausted and it was naptime. Morgan slept for over 2 hrs and we got stuck in traffic for quite a while due to a stalled car. We got to the tunnel in Mobile and finally started moving right after it.
Morgan woke up from her great nap and seemed a bit hungry (thank goodness!). I tried to give her little bits of her grilled chicken I got her for lunch she didn’t eat and she wanted the entire tender. By this point I just wanted her to eat something so I watched her closely and she ate about half of it.

We concluded our night home with another round of throw up. I think Morgan is finally on the good now and hasn’t thrown up since Saturday night thank goodness.

That concludes our beach trip to Gulf Shores.
