This week has been all about teething. Poor little girl decided that all her teeth need to come in at the same time. She had 3 that popped through the skin but we are still awaiting many other teeth including the lovely molars I think. We have tried the motrin, advil, tylenol and nothing seems to help medicine wise.
Sleeping has been so-so this week because of these lovely teeth making an appearance. The only thing that has seemed to give her some relief is her paci and popsicles. I just hate to see her in pain but I also realize that there is only so much that we can do also. She will point to her teeth if they really hurt or hold her mouth and just cry but these times are getting less.
In other news she has figured out how to click her tongue and its so cute. I was doing it one day just to distract her and the next thing I know she was doing it.
Her other new thing is to do indian. If you have no idea what Im talking about you put your hand over your mouth and make noises. I did this to her the other day when she got mad and she started laughing at me and then the next day she did it on her own.
Shes really beginning to learn what Im actually saying. When I told her to put something up she put it up, get your baby she got her baby. Its really neat to say how she understands what you are saying even though she doesnt say it.
I havent figured out many words this week but she has been talking away the only new word I have figured out is bab (baby). She is getting good at shaking her head no if its something she doesnt want.
Eating has been a real tough thing this week because she hasnt wanted to eat much at all. The only things that she is eating is blueberry waffles, grapes, cantaloupe, baked chicken fingers, Chick-Fil-A chicken minis, strawberry yogurt and of course milk (loves her milk!).
